Lights! - All boats should have a red/green bow light and a white stern light. Lights should be used from sunrise up until 30 minutes after the sun in up, and at sunset a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the sun going down. Lights should be used in the rain and fog as well. YOU CANNOT LAUNCH IN THE DARK WITHOUT LIGHTS!! It's just too unsafe.
The QRA does not supply lights for club boats anymore. Members should buy their own lights
